Overview. This connector is already included in our W123, W126 and W116 Sanden Compressor Upgrade Kits. You will also find it on our S6 Compressors. It’s an unusual part that is hard to find elsewhere, so we also sell it on its own for custom installations or as a spare. The Klima version is unique in that it has a slot for a wire tie to tether it off and keep it free of drive belts.
Installation
- Brown wire on the car is ground (−). The positive (+) wire varies by year and is usually blue, green or blue/green.
- Most Sanden compressors ground through the bracket and only need the positive wire. You can add a supplementary ground for aesthetics, greater reliability, and extra plug traction.
- A length of brown wire is included to create the supplemetary ground wire
- Solder connections for reliability, and check the wiring diagram for your model.
