Klima Design Works (“Klima,” “we,” “us”) is a Massachusetts company that sells climate control parts for vintage Mercedes-Benz vehicles at www.klimakit.com and www.monovalve.com (the “Sites”). 4. Who We Share It With
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only what they need:

6. How Long We Keep It
We keep order and warranty records for as long as needed to support your purchase and meet tax and accounting rules (typically [7] years). We keep other information only as long as it is useful for the purpose it was collected, then delete it.
7. How We Protect It
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, consistent with Massachusetts data security rules (201 CMR 17.00). We do not store full payment card numbers. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law (Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 93H).
8. Your Choices and Rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct it;
- delete it (unless we must keep it, for example for tax records);
- stop sending you marketing email.

9. Children
The Sites are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International Customers
We are based in the United States. If you contact us or order from outside the US, your information will be processed in the US.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If we make significant changes, we will post a notice on the Sites.
