Agreement<\/h2><p>These Terms govern your use of www.klimakit.com (the &#8220;Site&#8221;) and any purchase you make from Klima Design Works (&#8220;Klima,&#8221; &#8220;we,&#8221; &#8220;us&#8221;). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Store &amp; Return Policy, and our Privacy Policy. Products and Fitment<\/h2><p>We design, make and sell climate control parts and upgrade kits for vintage Mercedes-Benz vehicles. We try to describe products, compatibility and pricing accurately, but errors can happen.<\/p><p>You are responsible for confirming that a product fits your vehicle before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us first.<\/p><p>We are not affiliated with Mercedes-Benz Group AG or Sanden. Their names and model designations are used only to describe compatibility. Orders, Pricing and Payment<\/h2><ul><li>Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we ship the order.<\/li><li>Prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping are added at checkout.<\/li><li>We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing or listing errors. If we cancel after you pay, we refund you in full.<\/li><li>Payment is processed by our payment provider ([e.g., PayPal \/ Stripe]). Installation and Use<\/h2><p>Our kits modify your vehicle&#8217;s original system and are sold for off-road use only. They should be installed by a technician certified to service motor vehicle air conditioning systems. You are responsible for safe installation and for complying with laws that apply to your vehicle and to refrigerant handling.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8db2536 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8db2536\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>6. Our Content<\/h2>\nThe Site&#8217;s text, photos, designs, drawings and installation instructions belong to Klima or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law.\n<br\/>\nIf you buy a kit, you may download and print its instructions for installing that kit. Otherwise, you may view the Site for personal, non-commercial use only.
