1. Orders and Shipping<\/h2>\n

Processing.<\/strong> Most orders ship within 3 business days unless the product page says otherwise. Some orders take up to 30 business days.
Carriers.<\/strong> We ship from locations in Massachusetts & New Hampshire with tracking. We also ship direct from distributor warehouses in other locations depending on proximity to the customer. US orders usually ship by USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. International orders ship by FedEx, DHL or international postal service.
Rush orders.<\/strong> We do not offer rush or overnight shipping. Our custom and build-to-order items take time to make carefully, so please plan ahead. Don’t wait until just before a road trip or vacation to order. We can’t speed up an order to meet a personal deadline.
Changes and cancellations.<\/strong> To change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, the return rules below apply.
Our right to cancel.<\/strong> We may cancel any order, for example because of a pricing error or a stock problem. If you have already paid, we refund you in full promptly.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2. Returns<\/h2>\nEvery return needs a Return Authorization (RMA) number from us before you ship. Please use a carrier that provides tracking.\n

3. Warranty and Defective Parts<\/h2>\nIf a part arrives defective or fails because of a defect, we will repair or replace it. We pay shipping both ways within the continental US for approved defective-part claims. To make a claim:\n
