Mercedes W126 / C126 HVAC Vacuum Actuator Rebuild Kit (1981-1985).

Our kits allows you to rebuild the HVAC vacuum actuators used in 1981-1991 Mercedes W126 / C126 vehicles with Automatic Climate Control III. Please watch the video (link below) before installing.

 

We offer two kits:

 

1. 1981-1985 Model Year Vehicles (GENERATION I).

Complete Kit Includes Single-Stage Diaphragms and Dual-Stage Diaphragm Cartridges to rebuild the following actuators:

  • Main Air Flap Actuator (Right). OE 000 800 3775
  • Main Air Flap Actuator (Left). OE 000 800 5875
  • Defroster Nozzle Flap Actuator. 000 800 4375
  • Center Nozzle Hot Air Flap Actuator. 000 800 6775
  • Footwell Flap Actuator. 000 800 4275
  • Air Scoop Flap Actuator. 000 800 4075

 

2. 1986-1991 Model Year Vehicles (GENERATION II).

Includes all of the following EXCEPT oval Footwell Flap Actuator. This part is still available from Mercedes. 126 800 1475.
