Single-stage replacement HVAC diaphragms for Behr HVAC flap actuators in R107, W116, W126, W123 and others. Over time, the original diaphragms dry out and crack, causing the actuators to stop working and leak vacuum.

 

Available in both Deep Cup (33mm) and Shallow Cup (28mm) sizes.

Single-stage replacement HVAC diaphragms for Behr HVAC flap actuators in R107, W116, W126, W123 and others. Over time, the original diaphragms dry out and crack, causing the actuators to stop working and leak vacuum.

 

Deep Type (For 33mm height Cup) and Shallow Type (28mm height cup) available. Measure the lower “cup” portion of your actuator housing as shown in the picture.

 

Use care when removing and opening actuators, as old plastic may be brittle. We recommend using 4 plastic strips from an old credit card to open the assemblies (see install video below). Clean dust and debris from housing before installing. Do not use lubricants. Thoroughly stretch the outer rim of the diaphragm by hand immediately before resealing / closing housing.

 

These single stage diaphragms do not work with dual-stage defroster and fresh air actuators. Please use our Dual Stage Vacuum Actuator Cartridge for this application.
