Overview. Superior Quality single-stage HVAC vacuum actuator diaphragms. Over time the original diaphragms dry out and crack, leading to failing actuators and major vacuum leaks. A new diaphragm restores functionality without replacing the housing.

- Rebuilds 50mm diameter single-stage Behr HVAC flap actuators
- Fits W116, W123, W124, W126, W201, R107 and others
- Measure the height of the lower “cup” of your actuator housing: 33mm = Deep, 28mm = Shallow

Rebuild tips
- Old actuator plastic can be brittle: open housings with 4 thin plastic strips per our video (an old credit card works)
- Clean dust and debris from the housing; don’t use lubricants other than dimethicone (lemon Pledge)
- Stretch the diaphragm rim by hand just before closing the housing
- Test with a hand vacuum pump (e.g. Mityvac)
